The physics in Super Swing are consistent and learnable. Longer ropes produce wider arcs with more momentum. Shorter ropes give tighter control but less distance. The angle of release determines your trajectory — releasing at the top of a forward swing sends you forward and up, while releasing too late sends you backward.
